Grapes: Chardonnay

Origin:     Our  Chardonnay  vines    are  located on  soils  of  low-sand limestone   marls.    North-South exposure  with a  high  paling to increase  leaf exposure.

Yield: 60 hl/ha

Elaboration: Late-night mechanical harvest. Destemming, gentle pressing then pouring in the cold and then thermo-regulated fermentation. Short aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats.

Tasting: This wine has a beautiful pale yellow colour with more straw yellow highlights. The nose is thin, intense and elegant, mixed with Mediterranean notes, with  ripe fruitiness.  Taste  full  and generous.  Elegant  and  balanced  wine whose    persistence  and  roundness  make it  harmonious. It will evolve on notes of butter, hazelnuts and  honey.
